Slow Cooker Indian Butter Chicken

This delicious Indian dish is easy to prepare, smells amazing as it cooks for 4-5 hours and uses many spices that you already have in your cabinet.

Plan ahead- the chicken needs to marinate overnight. Many reviewers compare this recipe to meals at your favorite Indian restaurant! The chicken is so flavorful and tender in the delicious sauce. I served it over basmati rice and a side of vegetables.

I hope you enjoy this ethnic dish as much as I did!

Pineapple Ham Sheet Pan

Another great sheet pan idea! So simple to throw together and clean up is a breeze!

The roasted veggies could be substituted for whatever your family likes or you have on hand. Just be sure to slice the vegetables thin so they will be done when the ham is heated. I used Bob Evans ham steaks (which are fully cooked) and made another sheet of extra veggies to have left overs for the next night.

Our power went out the other night while I was making this dinner but it was delicious once I was able to finish it! So, fingers crossed that you have better luck! 🍀

Sheet Pan Cashew Chicken

I left a few ingredients out (hoisin sauce and sesame oil) but this dish is delicious! You can swap out the veggies and use what you have on hand or those that your family likes.

I used red peppers and broccoli but the options are endless. I like to serve it over brown rice or quinoa. I love these boil in a bag items:

Enjoy!

A perfect side dish with BBQ chicken is potato salad. This recipe is a little time consuming but it is worth it! You’ll have plenty of leftovers for a couple days to enjoy or share with a friend.
