It doesn’t feel like the end of December but you can’t go wrong with a comforting crock pot meal, even despite the sunny and warmer days!
This has been cooking all day and I can’t wait to try it! I made a few changes to lighten it up a little….use less butter and add a bag of mixed veggies with the noodles.
Update: This recipe was so thick that it really needs extra chicken broth to thin it out at the end. The cooking time needs adjusted also…less time is better. Tonight for leftovers, I made a deep dish pie crust and then filled it with the noodles and chicken, sorta like a pot pie. Something is still missing though…..maybe a little onion or some seasonings would be nice. ?
Here is a simple (but delicious!) party punch recipe with only 4 ingredients. We use Sprite instead of ginger ale.
This is my go to recipe for pb fudge. My worn out copy is dated 2010 and I’m pretty sure I’ve never used another recipe since I found this one! It’s easy to make, delicious and it never fails! It always sets up just perfectly and is so creamy. This is also a great make ahead dessert. I have made it a couple days in advance, store it in the fridge and then just pull it out when needed. It’s perfect for cookie trays and parties because one batch makes so much!
This is a fun Facebook recipe that we tried recently. You can add whatever toppings your family likes, just like making homemade pizza. The recipe makes one large loaf so it’s plenty for dinner or lunch for 2 days. We added a grilled chicken salad and it was a quick and yummy meal. Enjoy!
We have never been a fan of egg salad but I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try awhile back. I’m always looking for new recipes! There isn’t too much mayo (yay!) but yet full of yummy ingredients!
This easy recipe makes 4-5 sandwiches. We enjoyed this for lunch with kettle chips and baby carrots. I’m not sure it’s THE best egg salad but it’s delicious! It’s a little thick and hard to spread so if I ever make it again I will probably use less cheddar and/or cream cheese.
