Christmas desserts

Over the next few weeks, I hope to share several holiday recipes that we tried this year!  The first three are yummy desserts and snacks.  They are not new ideas but they are great recipes worth saving.

These little red velvet cake balls are rolled in white chocolate and then drizzled with dark chocolate! Just make sure to allow plenty of time to chill before dipping or they will fall apart.  These are easy to make and perfect to make ahead and keep in fridge.

I hesitated to make these because I knew the ingredients would be a little expensive.  Fortunately, it makes SO much that I kept them in the fridge and served them at 2 parties.  I had 5 rotating cookie sheets full while making this recipe!   It was easy, quick and fun to make these in the crock pot.  It seemed so strange and I couldn’t wait to try it!  You just layer the ingredients, do not stir and let it slow cook/melt together for a short time.  Store in fridge when done and then set out a couple hours before serving.  This TOH recipe could easily be divided in half and it will still make so much.

These peanut butter balls are just amazing!  It is definitely a new holiday favorite!  Double the recipe though because it really doesn’t make 24 unless they are very tiny.

I’m filing these recipes under Holidays so it will be easy to find in the future.
