Overnight Oats


I have seen these recipes a lot lately and was anxious to give it a try.   The first time I used fresh raspberries, blueberries and walnuts.  It was so quick, healthy and looked delicious!  I was skeptical though about cold oats, it just seemed strange.


Sure enough, the cold oats were very disappointing the next day for breakfast.  I even let it come to room temperature but it still wasn’t great like I hoped it would be.

The next day I gave it another chance by trying peanut butter and bananas.  It tasted better than the first recipe but still not great.  Bummer!
