Applesauce

This is a breakfast idea that a nutritionist gave me a few years ago.  We still use it all the time because its a fast and healthy make ahead breakfast that is filling.  And its just another reason to use peanut butter 🙂

It really doesn’t look that great when you are mixing it but it tastes good, I promise!

One serving:   Unsweetened applesauce 3/4 cup

Whey protein powder 3/4 scoop

Peanut butter 2t

That’s it, just mix it together the night before and it’s ready for the morning.
