I’m a fan of Julianne Hough- dancer, singer and actress. One afternoon I saw her sharing one of her favorite recipes on a cooking show. It caught my eye because it’s easy, quick and healthy. It’s simply a new (to me) way to make morning eggs. She enjoys it with avacodo and tomatoes on the side. We skip the avacodo and serve toast and sliced tomatoes on the side. When you add the water and use a lid it steams the eggs.
