potato soup

Who doesn’t love the crock pot?!  Fill it up and forget about it for several hours.  This is my favorite recipe for potato soup from a Taste of Home cookbook.  I use a lot of TOH recipes!  You really don’t need to use all the cream cheese, it’s a lot of extra fat and it’s still creamy and delicious without using 8 oz.  We like to top it with a little bit of green onions, bacon bits, shredded cheese img_2170and pepper.
