breakfast

Breakfast at our house is usually quick and simple to make or grab and go on work days.  I’m not an early bird and I don’t pretend to rise at 5 am to make eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits, etc!   We make protein shakes the night before or something similar like today’s photo- Old fashioned oats with blackberries and walnuts and an orange.  I have several fast and healthy breakfast recipes that I’ll share.
